Processing Time

The time needed to fill an order varies from 1-16 business days. For details, see the processing time displayed at checkout.

Estimated Shipping Time

  • All shipping is sent through the USPS and UPS.
  • North America: estimated 3-10 days
  • Items marked “delivered” by the USPS and UPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations. 

Shipping FAQ

We currently only ship within the United States. Stay informed about future international shipping updates via our instagram @theprimaclub

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.

If you need to make a change to your shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, processing begins immediately and there may be instances that your shipping label has been created and cannot be changed. Please contact USPS with your tracking number to have your package rerouted.

If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, please email us at hello@theprimaclub.com, and we can begin the process of reshipment. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

     

    RISK OF LOSS

    All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by The Prima Club. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when The Prima Club delivers these items to the carrier.

     

    We are unable to ship domestically and / or internationally to P.O./APO/FPO boxes.
